Coronavirus Update 29th June 2020.   


Main Symptoms:  Fever/Temperature, New continuous cough, Loss of Taste /Smell.


 


Our GP appointments are now routinely by telephone.  If the doctor needs to see you he will arrange a video or face to face appointment.  Please ensure we have your up to date mobile and email contacts.  A face covering must be worn when coming to a face to face appointment. 


 


If you have a high temperature or a new continuous cough you should stay at home for  7 days. DO NOT GO  to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. You do not need to contact NHS 111 to tell them you're staying at home. Read the advice about staying at home and Home Isolation Advice



Use the 111 coronavirus service if you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home, your condition gets worse, your symptoms do not get better after 7 days. For more general information see https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public

To enable us to reduce the number of missed appointments, we send text messages to patients when they make appointments and again a reminder 48 hours prior to the appointment.

We may also text you to recall you for patient services such as in flu season, chronic review recalls etc.

Please let reception staff know if you wish to opt out of this service.
