Text messaging service:
To enable us to reduce the number of missed appointments, we send text messages to patients when they make appointments and again a reminder 48 hours prior to the appointment.
We may also text you to recall you for patient services such as in flu season, chronic review recalls etc.
Please let reception staff know if you wish to opt out of this service.
